He was mainly involved in business analysis, system-, enterprise-architecture and project management. Additionally Thomas successfully worked close with different sales teams on several strategic accounts.The main focus of Thomas - regardless if he acts as Business Consultant, Architect, or Manager - is to focus on stakeholder needs and alignment of business processes and requirements within the current engagement.Beside this expertise, Thomas acted as Practice Manager / Head of Solution Architects, heading a practice of (Senior) Consultants and Solution Architects from 2001 to 2006.Moreover Thomas has a 10 years experience in software development (mainly C and Unix Shell), database administration and tuning (Oracle) and system administration (Unix, Linux).
