    During this period I was technically responsible for solutions in areas like:o Customer Support Systems ("Oraklet")o e-mail ("Unified Messaging" which was part of the "Department of the Future" concept.As part of the Oraklet solution a setup was done of a Oracle database which was handled by a Compaq Tru Cluster (which is basically the same as Symantec/Veritas Cluster Server).The e-mail solution was stabilized in the end of 1999, and I where responsible for the changes. The changes was basically to:Scale the solution by adding additional CPU capacity.Increase availability for web-access towards frontend parts of the solution through making use of Cisco Local Director loadbalancers. One of the 1st solution in Telia Mobile making use of that.Increase availability for backend parts of the solution through correct setup of cluster services so that a switch would work in case the primary server would fail.The 1st Unified Messaging solution was provided by Oracle and made use of software like:Oracle DatabaseOracle Application Server

Those c-programs where very important as the batch processing jobs where very frequent and the solution was distributed over 15 different locations.One of the last tasks at Tulldata was that I was one of the key-resources when Tulldata was connected to Internet.
