Development of a regional rollout of fiber connections which secured +1500 private HH fiber connections each year. Designed an internal process for applying for government funds for new broadband infrastructure (bredbåndspuljen) and had huge success with securing funds for new broadband infrastructure for private homes. in 2016 I managed to secure 54 Million DKK (54% of total ammount) which gave 2.300 homes in rural areas fast internet connections.Together with BI we developed predictive sales- and churn models for use in go-to-market activities which lifted sales significantly.Max Manus: Streamlined and digitalized the marketing portfolio and marketing activities in the whole Nordic region and strengthened sales efforts towards private clinics which boosted sales on this segment by 15-20% first year and 25 % second year.MIRSK: Development of Danish medical speech recognition tool and rapid escalation of sales on the Danish market going from 1-2 million in revenue to 50+million DKK on only 2 years.
