- Lead developer responsible for migrating the investment systems applications to the web utilizing ASP.NET 4.5.2 MVC, AngularJS and REST services supported by a SQL server backend. The system has over 10,000 users, generates a large portion of RBC’s revenue and is paramount for day-to-day operations. The project has a team of over 40 staff, spans a period of three years and involves multiple departments and organizations.- Created a complete framework in .NET with a suite of APIs which were fully documented using Sandcastle to replace a legacy middleware application which communicates with the mainframe.- Reversed engineered an existing system used to connect the legacy code to the extracted business rules.

- Developed and maintained an enterprise application that enabled branches across Canada to create and maintain registered investment accounts. The application was written in C#.NET 3.5, Visual Basic 6 and C++ connected together through COM Interop.- Migrated the ‘Know Your Client’ subsystem from Visual Basic 6 & C++ to ASP.NET 2.0 WebForms. The system is responsible for collecting client provided information later used to determine the clients investment risk thresholds.- Expanded the Quebec Education Savings Incentive (QESI) system using .NET & VB6 adding the functionality of configuring provincial grants to RESP account types.- Streamlined the paper process of filing CRA tax adjustments to an ASP.NET 3.5 WebForms application. This subsystem contained several dozen screens, a multitude of business rules and was written over a period of a couple months due to tight milestone constraints.- Migrated and expanded the electronic forms system from VB6 to .NET. Added electronic signature and barcoding functionality.

Using PHP, and at the time the new technology AJAX, we developed an application that is used to assist the tracking and documentation of large shipping packages.- Learned multiple new technologies in a short span of time.- Successfully completed all assigned tasks with efficiency - Hired full time for a year before returning to college for going beyond all expectations
