This is a multi-faceted position including user support, break fix (desktop support), system administration, collaborative projects, etc.----------------------● Generate and process employee application credentials as required for new hires and terminations.● Stage and process hardware appropriately for new hires and terminations.● Provide frontline support to end users for both hardware and software issues.● Provide end user training across a variety of hardware and software.● Integrated “freshservice” platform to support asset management.● Log and track internal hardware assets.● Perform hardware and software troubleshooting across the internal network.● Provide on-call support as business needs require to maintain continuity.● Collaborate with remote development teams and product vendors.● Develop and maintain multiple application backlogs.● Scope change requests and application enhancements.● Develop and execute test cases against various applications.
