The joint venture of Rhenus Data Office and the dataserv Group has operatedunder the “Rhenus dataserv” name and has been providing services for disposing of and recycling IT systems from 1 January 2015 to March 2016 been focused on Germany. TES-AMM has acquired 100% of the Company in March 2016 and merged it with other activities into TES-AMM Dataserv GmbH.

Since formation in 1993, EGR has provided technology recycling solutions across mainland Europe supporting WEEE programs and B2B / B2C nationwide take-back solutions. The acquisition further develops TES’s vision to deliver more connected lifecycle solutions to their clients throughout Europe.

Dataserv Italia SRL has been the Italian subsidiary of Dataserv Group focused on servicing the Adriatic Region covering mainly Italy and Greece and operating as a WEEE compliance scheme in Italy.
