Manager Job Control My final management position in Verizon was for a team of Job Controllers. In my total 14 years at the company, I have had a number of different management positions. Last few years I have worked a lot with outsourcing and participated in the building of new businesses, primarily in the Czech Republic. Previously I have been managing network design team and various internal project management team. Teams has had between five and twenty members (for nine months i did have 150 direct reports) and I have had full responsibility with all that entails from recruitment to daily operational responsibilities. In Verizon we had lots of changes so I consider myself to have very good adaptability and very accustomed to working in new / changing organizations

Group Manager Installation Engineering At Ericsson I started as an installation engineer in charge of constructing the AXE stations in the GSM network. I had responsibility from the newly built site to customized drawings and documentation that the installers used during installation at locations around the world. After two years as an installation engineer I was offered to manage the Installation Engineering team. I did manage this team until I left for Verizon.
