Overall responsibility for leading Transition & Transformation programs for our most significant global ITO deals as part of the EMEA Account Startup/Transformation organisation, including; - Commerzbank, Sept 2014 - Feb 2016: Led the Workplace Modernization program for Germany’s second-largest bank in a $700m renewal, transforming their 55k users’ workplace experience across 18 countries managing a $70m budget and a team of ~300 Project / Program Managers, Engineers and Architects.- ThyssenKrupp, Mar 2014 - Sept 2014: T&T Director working alongside our Regional GM, Sales Executive and Account GM on a 1.0bn$ Private Cloud, DC consolidation and Workplace sales opportunity engaging with the Group CIO and his team to finalise our Transition & Transformation strategy, approach and pricing. Unfortunately, HP did not win the bid. - Ericsson, Aug 2013 - May 2014: Intervention shortly after contract signing of HP’s largest Client Virtualization Services and Managed Workplace transformation program for Ericsson delivering €40m annual cost reductions as part of an 800m$ contract renewal. This program was a "Job 0" delivery of HP’s Managed Workplace aimed at refreshing 65k end-user devices, re-imaging 40k Windows devices, and rollout 15k virtual clients across 134 countries.- EON, Nov 2011 - Oct 2013: End User Program Lead delivering a fully managed Workplace solution to EON (European market leader in Energy Distribution with 85k users in 14 countries) as part of a First Generation complete Infrastructure IT outsourcing deal valued at €1.2bn
