Excited to be leading both our Sales and Delivery teams in Zühlke Asia helping our clients develop innovative digital solutions and growing the business across FSI, Health and Public sector as a Member of the APAC ExCo. Prior to joining Zühlke, I was with GFT Technologies as APAC Head of Delivery where we built a greenfield near-shore Delivery location in Vietnam from the ground up (reaching 200+ people in 2 years) as well as leading the team of engineers and technologists which helped build 3 Digital Banks (Mox, Trust and Rize). Before that, I dedicate 20 years to Compaq / HP / HPE / DXC Technology, where my career evolved through 3 distinct phases. Initially, I worked in IT Services, providing technical support for our outsourcing clients, and eventually managed these accounts as a Service Delivery Manager. My experience in setting up nearshore and offshore delivery centres and managing transitions for various clients prompted a career shift towards project management. I advanced from Project Manager to leading major strategic Enterprise clients through complex multi-hundred-million-dollar Transition & Transformation and Digitalisation Change programs as a Transformation Executive. Ultimately, I took on a managerial role overseeing the Digital Delivery Business unit in North & Central Europe, which included a team of 3,500 members, before moving to Singapore.Throughout my career, I have always enjoyed staying engaged directly with our customers to advise and partner with decision-makers, bringing my successful track record in shaping and leading strategic programs, to enable and deliver IT-driven Business Transformation outcomes.
