Building and Leading the Central-European Unit for CRM Consulting and Implementation (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Siebel CRM, Update Marketing Manager, etc.). Heading several large-scale international CRM Projects in the role of the Project Manager and Management Consultant.

Initiated the Siebel - IBM Partnership as the first certified Siebel Consultant of IBM in Europe. Heading several Projects in the role of a Project Manager and Lead Consultant to implement Oracle Siebel CRM.

Coordination of the consolidation of all European TeleSales locations to Dublin and of all European Switchboards to Scotland, including the areas Processes, Tools, CRM, Reporting, Training, HR, Real Estate, etc.

Developing and delivering a Sales Training and Coaching curriculum for over 400 Call Center Agents in an international environment.
