Responsible for site Quality management and improvement initiatives.

Worked with a French Consulting team to analyze the Pumps & Motors operations for overall business improvement.Developed shop layouts, Value Stream and financial analyses. Conducted 5S workshops and deployed individual projects. Evaluated and recommend new tools and facility equipment for maximum use of floor space and efficiency.

Held various roles within the business QA structure, R&D, Quality Systems management, Strategic improvement. Successfully managed the Quality department during a 5-year period where production doubled each year. Created a successful QE driven cost reduction program that resulted in a $150K savings. Coordinated and drove completion of all Q/A activities for mobile radar programs. Was directly responsible for Quality of design, Supplier Q/A, Process Engineering and Test.
