In December 2021, Pointillist was acquired by Genesys, the leader in customer experience orchestration. The Pointillist team became a high growth business unit within Genesys' Cloud division, accelerating Genesys' explosive growth. In addition to acquiring Pointillist's best in class journey analytics technology, this was a strategic Talent Acquisition. As VP of HR for Pointillist, led all aspects of pre-merger HR due diligence, communications, compensation and retention planning and more. Post acquisition, as VP of HR, we doubled the 'Pointillist by Genesys' BU in the first 6 months and kept 1 year post-acquisition turnover to 0% through a time of high change for our team.

In January 2020, I joined Kensho's parent company, S&P Global, and moved to NYC. S&P Global's People team is delivering inspiring, progressive change: I'm proud to be engaged on leading change initiatives. I spent my first two months in London helping deliver a new operating model in EMEA. I'm now building a market-leading future of work plan to address emerging skills and capabilities needed to succeed against our strategy in the next 3-5+ years.

In April 2018, Kensho was acquired by S&P Global for $550M, the largest-ever acquisition of an AI tech company at that time. I joined just ahead of the S&P acquisition to build and lead our People function, piloting a unique people integration strategy with S&P Global, a 20,000+ employee F500 global leader. As member of exec team, I led all aspects of HR, recruiting, post-merger integration people operations, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation design (incentives, equity etc.). Grateful for an awesome opportunity to move to NYC and join S&P Global's People Team in January 2020.

As 1st HR hire in U.S., I built and led the People team (recruiting, culture, HR) to support hypergrowth trajectory for North America and EMEA. Promoted from Director of Talent to Sr. Director / Head of HR. We built a recruiting machine and grew from 40ish to 400+ employees globally in 2 years, including scaling up a lean, high-performing Talent Team (TA + HR). Altisource Labs is the technology incubator/accelerator/startup within Altisource (NASD: ASPS), a global software company. As 1st Talent Acquisition Manager for the (then) new Boston office, I helped build all aspects of a recruiting machine during a hyper-growth phase, including: employment brand, executive recruiting, building a world-class internship program. In my 9 months on contract, we grew the team from 23 employees to 90+, mostly top engineers and data scientists.
