- Support 300+ technical users including software and hardware teams in the U.S. and abroad.- Maintain a 75% Mac environment; iMac, MacBook Pro/Air, Iphone and Ipad.- Software purchasing; built procedure for global purchasing and deployment (On Prem, Server.)- Network administration; Cisco Meraki MDM and Managed Appliances, Infinias, Atlassian Suite.- Working with a team of 3 to resolve avg. of 200+ tickets/wk, while managing several IT projects. - Streamline and standardize multiple U.S. locations upon acquisition.- Act as subject matter expert for media and production related equipment; Blackmagic, Canon DSLR, Live Streaming.

Responsibilities include: - Support IT 25-50 creative users both locally and remotely while equipment tours with production.- Support a 50% Mac/PC environment with unique peripherals: 3d Printing, CNC/laser.- Software purchasing; Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 2013, Google Apps, Avid, FCP.- Procuring IT and media/entertainment equipment for large scale projects on restrictive budgets.- Maintaining and repairing electronics, equipment and tools for shop staff.- Network installation and administration from MPOE to end user.- Develop documentation for instruction on new IT practices and procedures.- Clients include; Oakley, SAG, Electronic Arts, NRG, Samsung.

Responsibilities include: - Executing complex technical installations with restrictive deadlines.- Adapt existing IT infrastructures to function with newer technology. - Network Administration, Telephony, Computer Repair, Office Migration- Project management/team leadership, managing a team of 3-5.- Maintaining clientele relations and pursue repeat business opportunities.- Clients include; Cinnabar, Twitter, Ripple Labs, Cuyana, The Club at Wingtip, Applebox Labs.

Responsibilities Include;- Maintenance and repair of lighting equipment and theatrical technology.- Project management/ team leadership for events depending on the needs of management.- Order picking, loading and unloading of equipment truck at company warehouse.- Installation and operation of intelligent lighting systems for entertainment events.- Construction of stage and set structures.- Clients include; Girls Incorporated, The Oakland Museum, The City of Concord, The City of Dublin, Joannie Liss Events, End Design.
