Clinical areas include weight management, nutrition, physical activity, alcohol, smoking, stress management, chronic disease management and overall health and wellbeing.

Educate and support members on many risk factors that can affect heart health such as diet, activity, medications, cholesterol and diabetes. My aim was to help participants live well and stay out of hospital.
