My responsibilities included:Managed investigations of Ethics violations, frauds (internal and external), and work place violence. Partnered with Internal Audit on investigative audits that may have led to internal or external charges, along with promoting changes to policies and procedures, aimed at reducing the risk of losses due to vulnerabilities. Program Manager and Administrator for the Corporate Security case management system, working with an outside vendor to stream line and improve the process for tracking incidents. Led investigations in the gray and black market arenas and criminal violations of theft, fraud and the diversion of supplies across the globe. These investigations have led to yearly multi-million dollar averted losses for Xerox. Led team in ongoing internet monitoring of sales of unauthorized sellers of Xerox products, working along side several Xerox business groups and a private monitoring company. I was the Corporate Security liaison with local, state and federal Law Enforcement agencies, and collaborate with other Corporate Security Professionals on investigations.

As a 21 year Law Enforcement professional with the Rochester, NY Police Department, I held the ranks of Officer, Investigator, Sergeant and Lieutenant. As Lieutenant, I managed the midnight shift for the East Division and oversaw 3 Sergeants and 30 Officers. I was in charge of the City on weekends and holidays, responsible for all city police services, and over 100 Officers. I led a multi-agency task force focusing on violent criminal offenders. This task force consisted of State, Local and Federal Law Enforcement officers and worked hand in hand with the US Attorney's Office and Monroe County District Attorney's Office. Assigned to Special Investigations Intelligence Unit, where I was assigned to assist with Executive Protections details for three Presidential visits as well as other national and foreign dignitaries. NY State Certified Instructor. Developed a one week course for new investigators, used by NY State for new Investigators.During my career I received over 40 commendations for service including the prestigious William French Smith Award for Cooperative Law Enforcement presented in Washington, DC on August 31, 2005.
