Lead Technician- Responsible for deployment of IS assets. Including backup/transfer of user data, and recovery of old devices.- Installation of software, updates, and patches both in person and through remote sessions. - Managing assets in database, including receiving, shipping, and deploying.- Engagement with end users in person through various means of communication, email, teams, phone, in person, etc- On-site lead for Refresh 1.5 project for Sutter Health Valley North team.Projects ________Work From Home:This is a project to end-of-life users devices that have been in use for 4 years of more. For deployment we are imaging a new device and installing any hardware or software for a specific user. Once the device is finished we connect with the user to have them log in over a remote desktop session so that their user profile and credentials can be loaded so there is no issues when using VPN. Once the device is ready, we ship them to the users.Refresh: - Replacing old Hp devices with newer Dell Devices enterprise wide- Backing up old devices and user profiles then transferring them to the new devices- Tracking assets in hardware databaseRefresh 1.5:- Lead technician over 12 other technicians- Approximately 300+ WOWs (Workstation on wheels) to be refreshed in Sutter’s Valley North region.- 1600 WOWs are slated to be deployed by the end of 2024- Workstation carts need to be received and processed into the database at our tech warehouse. - Our team ensures that the correct number of carts are shipped out to the different project sites. - Worked one on one with supervisors to create a deployment process for the WOWs.- Process includes steps to capture and deploy asset information for old and new devices.

 Responsible for handling calls and emails from users of CURES database. Responsible for providing password and registration assistance to users. Responsible for researching and analyzing standards of CURES database and procedures for helpdesk.

 Responsible for monitoring FTB’s IT services and infrastructure. Responsible for drafting and sending enterprise-wide communication for IT services. Responsible for coordinating major incident resolution and response. Implementation of several tools to monitor network, infrastructure, and application health. Responsible for providing help for overflow calls to IT service desk.
