I was hired PT at a McDonald's franchise and shortly promoted to FT as a night shift manager. While only about 3 years combined, I spent time in the 80's managing not only here but in retail for Wee Three Records and eventually Georgia's largest Arby's franchisee. This experience showed me the complexities of managing high turnover youthful teams. Motivation and Leadership are vital for managing groups in this area and this helped prepare me for managing sales teams in the future.
