I am a dedicated, driven, and people-oriented sales and management professional with more than 5 years of experience providing quality leadership with a service-oriented, knowledge-based approach. Throughout my career, I have served in progressive roles within the retail industry. These roles have allowed me to gain experience with hands-on application of knowledge gained from my educational coursework. Some of my key curriculum courses include psychology of human development, social psychology, and psychology the diversity in practice and research which have built a strong framework for my leadership style and methodologies. During my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to not only hiring the right fit as it relates to personnel but the continuous development of my employees. As a result of my efforts, I have been able to contribute to increased morale and employee retention. As a manager, I have led retail locations to advance from an underperforming status to become leaders in sales metrics and customer satisfaction.
