New Me Events offers corporate groups and individuals, expansive opportunities to become aware of their highest potential. Through custom designed activities, we provide creative ways for participants to connect, play, and grow from specific challenges. As Director of Training, the highlights have been:• Creatively design unique events that included both team integration and wellness exercises• Design and write all manuals and literature for events• Lead thousands of clients through events in 5 out of 7 continents on the globe• Certified over two hundred trainers in the work presentation skills and coaching • Direct various events ranging from two hours to seven day retreats• Trained up to 40 members of staff while holding lead role as presenter during retreats• Managed group accommodations, travel itineraries, and hotel event logistics

• Guided premium members through sales presentation for penthouse suites• Finished with Elite Closer Status in the salesroom for years 2008 and 2009• Wrote highest month total in February for any salesperson for the year of 2008• Lead offsite sales training and team integration events for three sales teams combined

• Helped design and build a high ropes challenge course• Managed and trained staff of 30 for high ropes, low ropes initiatives, and off-site programs• Developed marketing strategies and collaborated with local DMC’s for incentive groups• Managed bookings of hotels and excursions for direct clients• Offered summer camps to children and specialized events for couples and vacationers• Designed detailed programs for local management teams with support throughout the year
