I am the CEO of the Thomas Jeferson Group, an organization that encompasses three companies operating in their respective areas. My commitment to excellence and innovation has led me to occupy strategic and leadership roles in several organizations throughout my career.I currently perform the following functions:Partner-Manager of Projects, Research and Development at Quanthum Technology Solutions: In this role, I lead research and development initiatives, contributing to the creation of cutting-edge technological solutions.Managing Partner of Strategy and Assets at Thrivium Asset Management: Here, my responsibility includes the effective management of the company's assets, aiming to maximize value and operational efficiency.Executive Manager of Strategy and Innovation at Thomas Jeferson Consultoria e Assessoria: As Executive Manager, I am focused on defining and executing the company's strategies, as well as promoting a culture of continuous innovation.My professional journey began in 2007 as a Computer Technician, progressing to leadership positions, including IT Manager at Unimed in the city of Cruzeiro. In 2011, I founded Thomas Jeferson Consultoria e Assessoria, which gave rise to the Thomas Jeferson Group, including the two additional companies established in 2023.My passion for exploring the world has led me to visit 43 countries, including meaningful experiences in South Korea, Japan, the United States, Canada and Israel.My academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in IT Technologist with an emphasis on Computer Networks from FATEC, an MBA in Business Management from UNIFATEA, and a Strictu Senso Professional Master's Degree in Design, Technology and Innovation from UNIFATEA.
