I held two positions at nsoro, LLC. When I was hired, I was brought on-board as a Systems Administrator, and my responsibilities included resolving all end-user technical support issues as well as managing and maintaining the servers and server environment. After several months, I was promoted to Information Technology Manager, and acted as the Director of Technology for the organization. Responsibilities include yearly budgeting, software/hardware purchases, license management, and general problem resolution. Secondarily, I manage a team of 4 employees who are now responsible for resolving all end user support issues, as well as equipment assignment and configuration for all employees, including laptops, blackberries, cell phones, and aircards. In November, 2008, nsoro was acquired by MasTec, Inc., and while I maintained these responsibilities, I was also further engaged as a Network Infrastructure Engineer with MasTec.

Was responsible for resolving all internal technical support issues, as well as the design, creation, and implementation of an AD domain for their network, Exchange server, nightly backup operations, and web server. A secondary focus of the position was as the lead Technical Support representative for over 1,000 products. Lastly, in this position I was also the head of the Customer Support / Returns department and managed and fulfilled all customer requests for device repair, return, etc. Other odd-jobs at this position included the creation of a product database for use in catalog creation, technical writing for over 500 products, graphic design for on-line advertising and marketing, and more.

Was responsible for resolving all end-user technical issues, as well as managing and maintaining the core network infrastructure. Secondarily acted as a QA Engineer, providing integrity testing, load testing, and functional requirement testing of several enterprise scale applications.
