I have worked for Care for Children since 2003, beginning with the start of the National Foster Care Project in China operating out of Beijing. In 2007 I moved to the UK to open Care for Children's international HQ in Norwich. In 2012 I moved to Thailand to launch Care for Children’s project with the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. In 2017 I moved to Vietnam to launch Care for Children’s project with the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs. In 2019 I moved back to Care for Children’s HQ in Norwich, UK, as Group Head of Projects. In 2022 I was made Head of Strategy, overseeing Care for Children's existing and new global project developments.
