Throughout an accomplished tenure for Verizon, I had the opportunity to lead progressively larger teams and programs, eventually assuming day-to-day management for the centralized Creation Center, which handles all new account circuitry from a nationwide hub. I managed teams of up to 200, and provided strategic direction for restoration efforts for our Manhattan-based data and network operations in the aftermath of SuperStorm Sandy and 9/11. In addition to project management and process improvement expertise, I add significant value to complex enterprise efforts as a result of the level of technical skill that I can bring to the table. I started my career as a technician, and progressed through Verizon operations as senior leaders recognized my drive, commitment, and ability. From building out business continuity plans, to establishing and executing multisite project plans for upgrade and consolidation of network operations, I have been instrumental in ensuring Verizon’s service delivery is in line with the demands and expectations of its customer base, as the company continues to grow and expand its residential and commercial footprint. I am currently seeking opportunities to leverage my expertise in fiber network operations and large-scale team management for a metro-NY area telecommunications provider. Trained supervisors on proactive, expedient resolution to achieve uptime and service metrics. ► Set project scope, budgets, and resource requirements for nationwide Verizon transport network upgrade.
