I was promoted to Assistant Director to manage a state scholarship program, as well as athletic funds, for the Institute. I administered, awarded, and disbursed over $12 million dollars to approximately 5,000 students per semester. I also delivered information sessions to large groups of students in a theater-style setting to inform them of scholarship requirements, thus reducing email and walk-in traffic.
