Coordinates urban street, trail, parks and property development and redevelopment projects involving mixed-use planned development zoning that enhance the community and the built environment.Major Achievements:• Consulted with the City of West Lafayette to develop the $60 million Wabash Landing public/private partnership mixed-use redevelopment project, including expansion of the adjoining Tapawingo Park, trails, fountain, overlook and ice skating rink; utilized TIF bonds, federal highway transportation enhancement funds, grants, sanitary department revolving loans and other forms of local funding for the project• Received approval from zoning boards and city councils for all mixed-use planned development rezoning petitions • Directed phases I and II of the Salisbury Street Safety Improvement Project (urban street reconstruction with Complete Streets design principles included (1.2 miles)• Coordinated over 10 miles of trail and trail head park projects involving TIF Bonds and other forms of financing• Managed the design and construction of over 20 projects for Unity Healthcare, LLC over the past 10 years, including Urgent Care, Ambulatory Surgical Center expansions, Oncology Care Centers, Linear Accelerator addition, Spine Center, Family Practice, Breast Center expansion, Pediatric Care, and others.

Directed project teams for mixed-use planned developments, medical, municipal, and historical renovation projects. Managed budgeting, zoning, bidding, permitting, community relations, and construction operations for the company.Major Achievements:• Completed the design and construction of the first two freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Centers in the greater Lafayette area and the first 23 Hour Recovery Facility as part of the second project in addition to multiple freestanding multi-disciplined medical clinics and immediate care facilities• Renovated the Earl & Hatcher four story historic building (circa 1865) into new class A office space within State of Indiana historic preservation standards• Managed the City of West Lafayette’s first Tax Increment Financing construction project: Village Sidewalk Improvement and Beautification Project Phase I

Responsible for all client contact, sales, estimating, design, permitting, project cost control, and project management for the branch office.Major Achievements:• Launched and operated the Indianapolis, Indiana branch office in 1985• Increased construction volume by 25% each year• Bid and completed every electrical substation control building built by Public Service Indiana in that district
