• Responsible for the company’s portfolio of over 1100 stores and J Jill’s 300 stores encompassing the management of all new construction ( 85-100 stores yearly), remodels (125-180), special projects and store closings. Managed five to eight regional construction project managers along with seven OFI (Procurement and Management of Owner Furnished Items) home office associates.

• Rapidly promoted through several increasingly responsible operating and management positions (Senior Construction Project Manager, Manufacturing Plant Manager, Director of Store Planning and Construction). Responsible for the company’s portfolio of over 1200 stores encompassing the complete design/build process for all new construction and remodels along with the maintenance programs. • Managed trained, and motivated eight departmental personnel (CADD, Maintenance, and Project Managers) and assisted staff with problem resolutions.• Managed Trans World Fixture Company, an 83,000 S.F. wood and plastic manufacturing facility which produced retail fixtures for TWEC and employed 45 to 140 associates, while simultaneously performing the Director of Store Planning responsibilities.

• Managed twelve to sixteen remote project superintendents while establishing a core tracking company program (marketing, bidding, purchasing, scheduling, close out) which achieved positive company growth of 47% over fourteen months.

• Directed a corporate staff of 15 associates while simultaneously managing multiple remote teams of tenant coordinators and contractors while collaborating with multiple company departments daily (accounting, facilities, leasing, legal, mall management, and partners).
