Located at Banfield HQ, Provided clinical consultation services to Medical Directors, Chiefs of Staff and associate Veterinarians within each of the over 800+ individual Banfield pet hospital locations. Consultation included analysis and interpretation of laboratory exam findings, treatment, diagnostic recommendations, decision support and review of medical records in cases of poor patient outcome, client concern or legal risk. Co-developed, co-authored Banfield’s “Anesthesia for the Pet Practitioner” anesthesia and Pain-management textbook which established medical standards for anesthesia to be practiced in Banfield pet hospital locations. Developed and presented educational material and assisted in training, development, on-boarding of Medical Directors, Chiefs of Staff, Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians for Medical Quality initiatives within the Practice.
