The CDRC Vienna - The IBA-VIAC Mediation & Negotiation Competition is the world-leading mediation and negotiation moot competition, attracting negotiator and mediator teams from all around the world. As director, I will organise the moot competition as well as its academic and other framework.

In order to strengthen its alternative dispute resolution practice, I now work with Themis as a Local Partner* for art and cultural property law, bringing to bear my broad experience in art and cultural law as well as in arbitration and mediation.

Drawing on 20 years of professional experience, I now practice as an independent accredited mediator and arbitrator resolving international commercial, art, trade, finance, insurance, investment and sports disputes as well as disputes between international organisations and their staff, contractors and consultants. I also specialise in the specific legal and dispute resolution needs of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME).

An expert for art disputes, including for disputes involving governments, art collectors, galleries and museums, I am now available for appointment as sit as an arbitrator under the auspices of the Court of Arbitration for Art (CAfA).
