The Schueco Project Co-ordinator is a key position in the Schueco team ensuring a healthy team dynamic is in place and all Schueco and Jansen projects are delivered successfully to our clients.Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Project Manger to define the project scope, goals, deliverables and all material required – communicate this information with Thermosash team members and other stakeholders as appropriate• Post acceptance design finalisation and order confirmation• Work through any design variations proactively post acceptance and amend material take off where necessary• Understand and be aware of the contract quote conditions and assist to execute projects within the cost and time restraints defined• Drive all Schueco and Jansen procurement processes• Actively support the work of the in-house Schueco project team (Project Managers, Designers, Engineers, Manufacturing and Site Project Manager)• Complete a comprehensive and accurate Material take off through Schuecal• Provide technical oversight to the production and site teams• Attend all handover meetings as the project moves through each phase • Assist where required in closing out the project close out lists• Develop positive working relationships with our clients• Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders, including clients and architects, to ensure project requirements are met.• Foster a fluid and dynamic collaborative approach internally to ensure successful project delivery to our clients• Ensure Schueco and Jansen prospects register is current and accurate

Throughout my time as a senior façade installer I have worked on a wide variety of projects scoping from small low rise buildings such as the Trimble headquarters in Christchurch all the way through to large scale high rise projects like Cashel Street mall; all presenting there own unique challenges. Throughout my time in this role I’ve had to balance team politics and recognise individual strengths to increase productivity and ensure high quality is consistently achieved. This role has also required exceptional communication skills with a wide and diverse audience, from liaising with key stakeholders such as building owners and clients, to discussing and delegating tasks with contractors and team members. I am proficient in identifying hazards that may harm myself and team members quickly, and act swiftly to eliminate or mitigate the various risks.
