Focused on outreach to prospective high school students trying to sell Coe College. Answered questions from students and parents alike on topics ranging from financial aid packages to life in the dorms. Acted as a liaison between prospective students/families and Admissions Counselors by coordinating times and organizing information based on a prospective student's desired major, extracurricular interests, GPA, scholarship, etc. Additionally, helped the Admissions staff prepare for visit weekends by acting as a prospective student host and setting up/tearing down tables.

Responsibilities included tracking orders, properly entering Purchase Orders into the customer database (Microsoft Excel), assisting customers over the phones with tech questions and order inquiries, creating and mailing out product portfolios to local businesses, and sending out daily inventories to sales reps nationwide.

Responsible for keeping a working inventory and accounting for product coming in and leaving. Learned warehouse protocols and techniques for creating and distributing pallets, loading and unloading shipments of products into 40 or 20 ft trailers, and ensuring a clean and operable warehouse floor.
