Accomplishments include reducing Customer PPM from 2000 to approximately 75 PPM and driving internal improvements that reduced machine scrap from 14.7% to less then 0.9% without capital investments. Lead rapid recovery initiative for an Accuride facility in Piedmont, Alabama to preserve the TS-16949 certification.

Other duties include chairing the accident investigation committee and ensuring corrective actions are developed and implemented for safety issues. Led "Cost of Quality" efforts that resulted in a cost avoidance of $400,000 in 12 months. Presented COQ Program to the JCI Ford Business Unit as a "best practice". Received JCI Merit Award as the lead plant in Ford Trim Cover Warranty Reduction Team. The Oberlin Plant has received the Gold Quality Olympics Award for seven consecutive years. Certified Six-Sigma Green Belt. Also led the quality recovery efforts in JCI plants in Shelbyville, Kentucky (2001), Shelburne, Ontario (2004), and Nicholasville, Kentucky (2004) and was Quality Manager of the JCI Strongsville Plant concurrently with Oberlin in 2001-2002.
