I prepared and analyzed bearing raceway components for compliance to heat treat and metallurgical specifications. We used the XRD and microstructure analysis to determine quality of steel parts. I also performed steel qualification using immersion ultrasonic inspection with the objective of identifying non-metallic inclusions within the steel matrix. While working here I worked on a number of various projects one of which included working with our sister company in Russia.

I am a member of the NUPOC program serving as a collegiate. Once I graduate I will continue my service by going and completing Officer Candidate School. Following the completion of OCS I will attend Nuke Power and Prototype school. I will then serve the remainder of my time working on submarines in the Navy.
