About Thomas Pellegrino

Tom is the CEO of Everest Discovery. His career in the litigation support industry spans three decades. Tom’s story begins at Wolf Block, in 1990, when he was still studying to be a paralegal. During that short tenure he saw the changes hitting the industry and the migration from paper to digital. In 1991 he decided to join a top Philadelphia-region litigation support vendor and spent 11 years building a reputation with clients as an honest advocate for their litigation support needs. Tom had several positions during his time at the company but was mainly involved in customer service, production management and sales. Tom finished his career with the company as one of the top senior account executives billing 7 figures. Tom’s excitement and accomplishments in an ever-growing industry led him to set out to start his own litigation support company. Tom formed Copy Secure, Inc. in 2001 with a goal of offering even better service for his clients. Through his leadership, Copy Secure delivered solution-oriented, client-centric results with high levels of client satisfaction. In turn Copy Secure established itself as a leading vendor in the Philadelphia region and the company grew very quickly in an incredibly competitive industry.In 2015 Copy Secure had grown so successful, in fact, that they had attracted the attention of a long-time partner on the eDiscovery side, KLDiscovery, LLP. They were acquired by KLDiscovery and continued providing service in the Philadelphia region as well as becoming the main hub for paper discovery for all KLDiscovery locations. Tom was General Manager as well as Director of Business Development during his time with KLDiscovery. Today, Tom oversees Everest, a family oriented, regional vendor, seeking to guide them with his perspectives on management, sales and business development in the litigation support world.
