Identified and resolved duplicate processes, procedures, systems and delivery options.DIRECTOR, TOP ACCOUNTS – TELCO SUPPORT SERVICES (2004 – 2006)Held full account management responsibility for top 11 US telecommunication companies, including AT&T, Cingular, Qwest, Cisco, Motorola, Lucent, Avaya, Bell South, Sprint-Nextel, SBC and Verizon. Managed relationships at Vice President and Chief Information Officer levels.
