Managing desktops, virtual/physical servers, and networking devices/appliances. Manages cloud and on prem applications such as G Suite, accounting software, and website services.

This position has entitled me to work with many different kinds of technologies. Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Windows Server, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Radius, and multiple other technologies.

I am a specialist in automation. By doing this I wear a few different hats underneath the automation description. I can be brought in to give an opinion on how to automate different processes and if they want to go forward with it I will become the developer and the trainer in the environment as well. I automate in between different systems like the process of information such as between our different monitoring products and our Incident/Time taking product ServiceNow. I also bring information into different SQL environments for continued process by reporting softwares like Crystal Reports. I also do any processing prerequisite and put it into their environments.
