- Provided desk-side technology support to professionals at all levels of the organization.- Managed Sonicwall firewall systems for corporate and remote sites.- Negotiated hardware and software prices with vendors to support business needs.- Managed a ShoreTel 14.2 VoIP phone system consisting of 5 Windows 2012 R2 servers.- Set up various servers in Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019.- Organized and managed technical needs for a corporate conference with over 700attendees every October from 2016 - 2019 in Irvine, CA and August 2017 in Las Vegas, NV.- Organized and implemented the upgrade of two software platforms in 40+ centersstudent classrooms worldwide.- Designed and implemented a migration from Class C network standard to a Class A networkin 9 centers across the US and UK as of March 2019.- Successfully orchestrated a migration from ESXi 5.0 to ESXi 6.5 in April-May 2018, for 5-6 hosts with a total of 20-25 servers. Setup associated vCSA to manage vitrual servers.- Installed and managed IP camera systems from VivoTek, Hikvison, Ubiquiti and OpenEye.- Wrote up Standard Operating Procedures for use to train new team members- Transitioned 6 domains from a hosted Exchange environment to Office 365.- Trained new employees on technical aspects for corporate and franchise centers.- Upgraded 4 hosts to ESXi 6.7 in October 2019, which also involved deploying a new vCSA.- Migrated a corporate phone system from PRI to SIP in May 2019.- Setup and designed IVR call routing scripts for marketing and support needs.- Lead the migration of a the ShoreTel 14.2 VoIP system to MiVoice Connect in December 2020. This consisted of redeploying 5 new Windows 2016 servers, and upgrading 7 sites where the VoIP system is used.- Successfully deployed increased security measures across Office 365, to users in 40+ locations.- Handled all Windows server patching for on-premise and Azure based servers.
