Responsibilities included developing Basis of Design reports through Construction Administration. Worked closely with Client Representatives, Project Management, Process, MEP, Structural and Civil Engineers to provide fully coordinated solutions to unique design problems. Managed and mentored junior to mid-level staff and was involved with the interview process for potential hires. Work focused on Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology projects.

Responsibilities included leadership and management of small renovation projects through large scale replacement facilities. Performed as Project Architect and Project Manager to create work plans and set team roles to achieve project milestones. Worked with clients to manage project expectations to ensure successful outcomes. Involved with all aspects of project documentation from schematic planning through construction administration. Managed and mentored junior to mid-level staff, coordinated with MEP, Structural and Civil Engineers, equipment and code consultants and product vendors. Led client, team and DPH meetings and completed DPH submissions. Was a member of the Lean Study Action Team, the Revit Development Committee and worked as a Quality Advisor to other project teams. Developed a guideline for working with equipment consultants, assisted with Quality Management Committee Documentation Guidelines and interviewed potential hires for Architectural and MEP positions. Work focused on Healthcare projects.

Responsibilities included the production of Construction Documents, Site Investigation, Schematic Design, Cost Analysis, Code Research, Client Meetings, Specification and Materials Research, Document Checking and Coordination including working with Civil, MEP, and Structural Engineers to implement each of their systems into a project. Work included Federal, Educational and Municipal projects.
