Responsible for the successful management of a group of employer contacts (approx. 35 clients). Serves as the executive interface to clients and supports a cross-functional team of implementation, marketing, and operational professionals to ensure successful product implementations, profitability, and operational support. Manages projects focusing on continuous improvement of software applications and data exchange processes. Assists in creating and conducting presentations through webinars and onsite client visits. Acts as a liaison between clients and internal resources, while negotiating and suggesting additional product offerings to clients.
