Curiosity has always driven my professional journey. I thrive on uncovering patterns in routine observations and delving into the finer details of daily life. For me, learning and discovery are as valuable as achieving goals.My career path reflects this curiosity. As an immunologist, I conducted a research fellowship where I uncovered and published a novel mechanism influencing immune cell behavior. Seeking new challenges, I transitioned to the clinical trial industry, working as a scientist in a central lab. There, I solved problems and ensured the smooth execution of drug trials, which helped me discover my passion for problem-solving and acquiring new knowledge.Through both successes and setbacks, I’ve learned that my fears and apprehensions, while challenging, have pushed me beyond my comfort zone and led to unexpected achievements.I am equally passionate about helping others excel. I find joy in uncovering and nurturing the unique traits of those I work with, believing that, like ingredients in a recipe, these traits combine to create something extraordinary. I strongly advocate for soft leadership, valuing the development of others as much as my own growth.Currently, I am pursuing an MBA at NTU and Waseda University (Class of 2025).
