Future focused, impact focused and purpose led. I'm passionate about creating and supporting spaces for connection, brave conversation, cross-functional innovation and navigating change. I am an ally and accomplice for tangata whaiora/mental health/addiction, Takatāpui, MVPFAFF+ and rainbow communities and I am proudly tangata Tiriti. Toitū Te Tiriti. I'm a member of Generalist World and the first cohort for The Wild Ones! I am co-chair at Toi Ora Live Art Trust, an arts and mental health organisation centred on the self-determination and holistic wellbeing of our artists. I'm also privileged to be part of the Auckland Pride board and the opportunity to serve our rainbow+ communities. At AUT I work alongside people from across the University on strategic initiatives focused on uplifting experience and improving outcomes for current and future students. Previously I led a major change programme at Auckland Council to enhance the capability and capacity of people to provide integrated and quality advice to decision makers serving their communities.In other roles I collaborated with Deloitte Consulting, Callaghan Innovation, Te Waihanga/Infrastructure Commission and Polis Consulting Group on experimental and cross-sectoral innovation and transformation initiatives. I led community projects and partnerships with Dementia Auckland and creative, customer experience and wellbeing initiatives with Clemenger Group. Postgrad in Management & Sustainability with a focus on Māori and indigenous resource issues, sustainable human resource and change management and sustainable futures.
