Lead ServiceNow development and integration activities. Design, code, and troubleshoot applications within the ServiceNow platform. Responsible to the IT Leadership Team in keeping ServiceNow in line with current ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices related to business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions. Communicate with Asset Management Team, Infrastructure Team, and IT Service Desk Manager to identify user needs and recommend potential solutions. Develop and modify workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI actions, UI and data policies, script includes, mail scripts, notifications, fix scripts, scheduled jobs, tables, menus, ACLs, and scripted REST APIs. Administer change, incident, problem, and request management, including catalog items, service portal, workflows, widgets, and approvals. Managed the CMDB, including discovery and SCCM imports. Performed hardware asset management and user/group administration, including LDAP integrations.\•. Implemented successful discovery of Windows Servers on the network.• Configured IT Service Management Agent Workspace, Agent Chat, and Advanced Work Assignments to allow consolidated views of customer interactions, questions, and requests, allowing more efficient case management and improved issue resolution by the Service Desk.• Activated and integrated many plugins, including but not limited to CAB Workbench, Standard Change Catalog, and Service Graph Connectors.•. Managed multiple instance upgrades without issue.• Supported user-defined homepages, dashboards, and reporting.
