I am a Vice President on the Chicago CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance team. My role involves originating debt and equity transactions nationally for the CBRE platform. I specialize in sourcing debt and equity for Private Capital clients, focusing on small and middle market assets such as multifamily, industrial, retail, office, mixed use, and single tenant properties.My partners and I have established longstanding relationships with various capital providers, including life insurance companies, banks, debt funds, credit companies, CMBS, and Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae. We leverage these relationships to identify optimal financing solutions for our private clients, delivering flexibility and maximizing returns.Since joining CBRE in 2017, I have underwritten, analyzed, and facilitated over $500 million in commercial real estate financing for my clients.
