Tom was a key member of a management team which grew a business, organically and thru acquisitions from $60 million to $220 million. He has been successful in transactions of numerous acquisitions, mergers and divestitures ranging in size from $1 million to $3 billion. This experience has helped buyers and sellers successfully navigate the merger and acquisition process. As a small business owner he turned around and sold a company which had been in a thirty-year decline. For the past eight years, he has been working exclusively on mergers and acquisitions for companies, private equity groups, and individuals. Tom is a board member and past President of the Pennsylvania Business Broker Association. He earned his MBA at Villanova University and has a degree in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
