I've held pivotal roles, directing a $1B merger and managing $100M companies in Central America and Eastern Europe.With a rich tapestry of experiences through industry giants like Colgate Palmolive, Philips, ReckittBenckiser and the Strauss Group, I've come to realize that successful businesses flourish when their cultures are robust and their teams cohesive. This taught me how to lead effectively across borders and cultures, facilitating my success in building and mentoring high-performing executive teams. An essential part of my own growth was my education. I earned my Engineering from NYU and an MBA from PACE. I further honed my leadership skills through programs like the Wharton Fellows and Harvard Business School Executive Education. Today, I'm also proud to be a Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, as well as a DISC Certified Consultant. Now, I am an industry influencer, author, speaker, advisor, and mentor. My focus is on serving C-suite executives of mid to large companies through tailored advisory and consulting services. I captured my international business and life experiences through my book, C-Suite and Beyond, crafted from the lessons learned throughout my dynamic career. My book is integral to conducting leadership workshops for young leaders eager to evolve into executive leaders, along with culture workshops that enable self-led teams to flourish.
