As General Manager of Future & Innovation, I was mandated to transform TAFE NSW’s approach, shifting it to one of Customer Experience, its largest transformation to date. Leading the diagnosis of the organisation’s challenges, I built out a Customer Experience strategy and future digital delivery roadmap with key strategic priorities including the first Product Strategy for the organisation as well as creating an automated ‘Voice of Customer’ platform to measure and improve the student experience.

Over 450,000 students' needs and requests for assistance were assessed through the implementation of a custom 'Voice of Customer' survey and a 'closed loop feedback' campaign.

Guided the Education & Training Group through a period of intense change after appointment by the then Managing Director and whilst the incumbent Chief Education & Training Officer led the TAFE NSW response to the regulator’s re-registration audit.

Headhunted into a newly created role to establish the design and innovation capability within the ’People and Organisation' business line. Designed and drove the growth strategy to deliver new solutions to the market in Human-Centred Design delivering a $2m pipeline of new clients. Facilitated workshops from front-line to executive board level, reorienting the culture towards a customer-centric experience approach. Working with more than 45 Partners, directors and consultants, I uplifted innovation capability as well as pinpointing new areas for business growth.

With ANZ aspiring to build out its change and transformation capability, I was recruited to establish the PMO as a centre of excellence, creating change strategies and elevating transformation capability within the Wealth Management arm to support a multi-million dollar program of work. I designed and drove initiatives of up to $35m to support market growth amidst complex legislative reform in the industry. Mentoring a team of 4 and a wider team of ~24, I uplifted change capability and navigated complex stakeholder relationships, on boarding the Head of the PMO, GM of Strategy and wider organisation in the change.
