As a Human Capital Management Business Consultant, every day is an opportunity to drive revenue by focusing on how my District Managers, clients and prospects can achieve their goals. On average, I consult with 30 organizations per month by providing an INCOME STATEMENT DIAGNOSTIC & technical Solution Demonstrations.Assist in pre-sales activity, supporting over 40 district managers in driving new business. My focus was payroll, human resources and time keeping acquiring new or win-back clients. Market focus, companies with 50-2,500 employees. I ask a lot of questions about a lot of processes to determine the best solution. I am friendly, courteous and have the ability to gain immediate trust. My presentations typically have a lot of customization which wows the audience. I thrive on coming up with out of the box recommendations, when needed. I enjoy training new associates, I motivate the sales team helping them believe in what they are selling – conveying value and discussing integration. We concentrate on uncovering what hurts or isn't working and then come back with award winning presentations and demos. I am extremely passionate about what I do and let it show during my feedback sessions.
