About Thomas Knutzen

I am the CEO of IPS Norge and is primarily responsible for consulting, training and fidelity reviews, as well as full-scale implementation. Previously, I have experience from Hospital drug treatment, the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV) and Vocational Rehabilitation Enterprises. I have worked operatively with IPS at all levels, as well as instructor and responsible for implementation at the national level. In addition, I have been working closely with The IPS Employment Center at The Rockville Institute since 2011 and has both theoretical and operational training and experience with IPS from the United States. I have also been responsible for translating the book "Individual Placement and Support: a Practical Guide", and is a widely used lecturer and teacher of IPS / Supported Employment.My strength lies in my strong theoretical background and long experience of operational work that enables me to optimize the relationship between theory and practice.Specialities: Individual Placement and Support, fidelity reviews, Lean service, continuous improvement, project management, coaching, recruitment
