The changing world of work is turning many things upside down. As Head of Human Resources at ÖBB's largest subgroup, I am driving these changes proactively and with great passion. Together with my dedicated team, I have been responsible for the HR strategy and its implementation for the approximately 19,000 employees of ÖBB-Infrastructure and personnel expenses of around 1.5 billion euros since 2022. My mission? To get the right players for ÖBB-Infrastructure on board and to keep them on board - To create the mobility turnaround for Austria. By shaping a corporate culture that offers scope for creativity, diversity and development, we are contributing to the success of ÖBB- Infrastructure.
