The overall purpose of the Executive-level Employers’ Panel is to structure and strengthen the strategic dialogue between CEO-level managers of employers and the Executive Management of the university, which is necessary for the university to live up to its mission about delivering internationally leading teaching and research which enable Denmark to become exceptionally good at creating value with IT. The focus of the employers’ panels is on education.There are two main purposes of the Executive-Level Employers’ Panel. First, to further the relevance in ITU’s portfolio of study programmes, the panel is to• Shed light on the current state of the market for IT expertise in Denmark and share information about long-term trends in supply and demand in that market (and in segments of that market);• Assess the overall portfolio of ITU’s study programmes in the light of the perception of the market;• Share knowledge about the work of the Programme-specific Employers’ panels concerning changes in existing study programmes intended to minimise gaps between supply and demand;• Discuss ideas or plans concerning new study programmes;• Provide employers’ input on Research and disseminate information about new research results through ITU researchers.Second, the Executive-Level Employers’ Panel has the role of providing an employers’ perspective in official proceedings that require such a perspective, e.g., institutional accreditation processes.The ITU Board of Directors decides the strategy of the university, including where in the above-mentioned market ITU concentrates its efforts within education. However, Executive Management, who report to the ITU Board of Directors, are committed to using what transpires through the work in the Executive-Level Employers’ Panel both in the day-to-day running of the university and in the formulation of proposals of strategy to the ITU Board of Directors.

The Danish Payments Council is a forum for collaboration on the payments of consumers and firms. The Council was set up by Danmarks Nationalbank and includes representatives of a broad range of stakeholders in the Danish payments infrastructure.The object of the Council is to promote the efficiency and security of these payments for all parties involved, i.e. consumers, firms, banks, etc. Furthermore, the Council contributes to providing better statistics for payments in Denmark.

The SCIENCE Digitalisation Council is an advisory body set up to help exploit the many opportunities afforded by digitalization through visionary proposals and recommendations. This work applies to research, academic programs, career preparedness, communications and administrative operations. The Council will also contribute to ensuring that the faculty makes all necessary digital investments.The primary aim of the Council/Board is to focus on the shaping of the academic programs to ensure that we remain at the digital forefront without losing sight of the university’s core activities: research, research-based programs and external collaboration. The Council is composed of individuals from the private and public sectors alongside SCIENCE representatives, which includes the management and a student representative. The 12 departments at SCIENCE participate regularly in the work of the Council.

Danica Pension is one of Denmark’s largest insurance companies in terms of premium income and assets and has over 150 years of experience in the life and pension market. Danica Pension offers individual advice as well as pension and employee benefits schemes, life insurance and health insurance. The company also meets the non-life insurance requirements of private households and small enterprises.Responsible for the direct sales force on Sjælland with up to 125 employees (including seven middle managers) and DKK 900 million in annual new business (both life and non-life). Development and implementation of new vision and growth strategy for the region and recruitment of a new management team.

Responsible for part of the sales force on Sjælland with 32 sales consultants and for new B2B sales of approximately DKK 250 million. Recruitment of new sales consultants, coaching and sales training of the sales force based on solution selling. Close collaboration with Danske Bank on prospecting. Design and implementation of new sales process/training course for Danica Pensjon in Norway for a period of 12 months. Danica Pensjon in Norway has made significant improvements in their annual new business.
