The nation’s tenth largest propane retailer in addition to supplying natural gas, electricity, and various other energy-related services regionally. Agway was purchased by Suburban Propane in 2003.Tasked with managing sales and marketing initiatives throughout 13 markets in Pennsylvania. Provided decisive leadership to 18 HVAC and 4 liquid sales professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  Grew the propane and heating oil client base in mature/declining market through improved client service and increased salesperson accountability Developed and trained sales team on consultative selling approach resulting in increased sales and company differentiation throughout market  Delivered improved revenues and customer service through the elimination of redundancy in customer service and administration departments Partnered with the corporate advertising department to target audience and forecast market growth
