• Co-led standard setting process for all Finish Goods, Samples, & International skus (Around 2000 products); compiled system inputs, completed validation of over two thousand lines of data to insure accuracy after upload was complete• Co-led GP analysis project, a tool that gives upper managements visibility into GP variances at a product level for both actual & forecast cycles & helps to identify main drivers more quickly, creating a time savings when completing commentary• Streamlined the FIN input file to consolidate 2162/ 2164 into one legal entity for GDSE reporting, adding no additional submission time • Calculated transfer prices for Belgium sourced material codes during 2012 standard setting & created an analysis to evaluate systems impact of new standards during FBP• Owner for the COGS of our OMJ and CFC franchises. Performed Cr-5 consolidations for actual reporting purposes to corporate as well as forecasting all major cycles.• Streamlined that standard cost file which is updated on an actual and forecast basis for over 600 material codes to ensure that the proper checks were in place to check an error if it was to occur as well as streamline the time it took to update from four hours to one.

I co-oped for Johnson & Johnson working in the Home Office Quality Assurance sector where i provided BVA analysis as well as assisted the FLDP with headcount management. After my time in that role came to an end, I searched for an opportunity to continue and develop within the organization during the summer months. I started project work for both the inventory team and inter-company team. On the inventory team I lead a project to streamline the current balance sheet process which saved an average of four hours during our quarterly close process. On the inter-company team, I was able to help out on a project to solve a large out of balance with our counter parts down in Puerto Rico. This gave me the opportunity to travel to Puerto Rico, business partner with the analysts on site, and recover around 20 million dollars of the 60 million dollar out of balance. Through my contributions as a co-op I was offered a FLDP role in the 2011 class and started as of May 2007 right after graduation from Rider University.
